Scope of Work: 2D and 3D design development, including finishes meetings / Full internal demolition and reconfiguration / Partition walls to create multiple small office spaces / New kitchen area and toilet facilities / Suspended ceilings and flooring throughout / Bespoke lighting, wall panelling, and decorative finishes / Full furniture fit-out The project was delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget — all while maintaining the building’s historic character.
