FF&E was supplied and installed in departments within the school including labs, food technology rooms, IT Suites, art rooms, offices, the list goes on. Bespoke storage was also designed and installed for the LRC and science rooms; everything was completed on time and within budget.
Covering the Tameside area, Laurus Ryecroft is a new 11 - 18 free school. When planning their new school building in Droylsden, Manchester, Glendale were contacted by main contractors BAM to tender, and won the contract for loose furniture, fitted storage and display boards. Glendale worked closely with BAM on health and safety, specification, and timescales for the project, including matching to the school’s existing furniture. The design brief identified a two week window per floor for installation, with the total install to be completed in six weeks. The project was accomplished with all time constraints satisfied, as a result of the detailed Project management allocated to the project, overcoming the difficulties of the Covid shutdown in March 2020.
