How much do designs cost?

Our design service is complementary, we will work with you on alterations and multiple layout and colour options to ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result.

What is the first step in the design phase?

In most cases, a face-to-face appointment will be arranged, so that our designers can get a picture of the area, measure up and discuss ideas and next steps for the project. Where a face-to-face appointment is not feasible, a video call can be arranged to go through plans and lay the initial foundations for the project.

What design package will I receive?

This varies from project to project and is entirely dependent on your requirements and the size of the project. In most projects, CAD drawings will be provided which helps visualise the area and agree on the most suitable layout option. Our designers also use Revit to give you a 3D visualisation of the area where necessary.

Do you provide samples?

We understand the desire to try before you buy, therefore we offer a sample service, wherever possible. This however, is not feasible for all products.

Do you provide project management?

Yes, we assign a project manager to oversee your project and keep you informed at every stage.

Can Glendale provide a complete fitout project?

Glendale can help you with your order from initial designs to completion. In our portfolio of services we can offer solution for, but not limited to: ceilings, lighting, electrics, plastering, data cabling, flooring, decoration and furniture.

Are Glendale fully certified?
