Usually 4 weeks but during the summer break lead times will be extended due to volume of orders etc. We do stock some fast moving lines for immediate delivery.

All furniture is made to your order so unless we can resell it for you (with a small re stocking charge) we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of a finish or fabric please ask us for samples before ordering.
Delivery on orders to the UK over £250 are usually free. If a delivery charge is incurred due to a small order or a location outside our delivery area we will contact you before processing your order.

All site visits and initial layout plans are free of charge as part of our service. Extensive design work will sometimes incur a charge but this would be fully explained before costs are incurred.
We have many samples which you can either see in our showroom or we can arrange to be sent out for you.

Yes, as long as we have contact details (name and number) of someone we can get it touch with to arrange delivery.
All products have at least 12 months normal use guarantee, many are 5 years, some 20 years! We can supply written details on request.
MDF edge is a lacquered wood edge, PVC is a plastic bonded edge and PU is a textured ‘spray on’ material which is seamless and the most hardwearing.
Yes, we can supply classroom tables and desks with high pressure laminate tops for applications such as art or technology rooms.
Often assembly is included but we will clarify this at the time of quotation or order
Faulty goods will be credited, replaced or repaired in accordance with manufacturer’s policy. Please supply images of any damaged furniture and make sure you check you order as soon as possible after delivery. Some manufacturers or carriage companies have a short window to report any damaged goods.
Many of our task and operator chairs are fully ergonomic which gives you more adjustment and can ease discomfort caused by incorrect posture or back conditions. If you are not sure don’t hesitate to speak to one of our advisors.
We can supply height adjustable desking and also DDA compliant fitted solutions for receptions etc.

All fabrics are fire retardant to class 0 and 1 (cigarette and match), a higher rate of fire retardancy called Crib5 medium Hazard is also available, please contact us for details on these fabrics.
